So, here’s a great podcast on poetry featuring the poetry critic from The New York Times to tide you over until either our English 10 course begins again in May or until the AP Lit exam. This podcast does a great job of exploring the ambiguity of poetry, and of the experience of reading poetry. I get the feeling still that many of you are waiting for me to share the “right answer” after we read something together, discuss it, muddle through, note ideas, question, revise, and so on. Check out what these folks have to say about poetry, and hear some great poems being read by poets. Or don’t – happy spring break!
